A look at each elite skill for the Priest Primary class of Runes of Magic
Runes of Magic players have the ability to dual class their characters, and the choice of that second class will tell the player what elite skills they will have at their disposal. These are the elite skills that are able to be played with the Priest character as the primary in Runes of Magic. Priest/Knight Elite SkillsElites for the Priest primary/Knight secondary class characters. Enhanced Grace of Life – Level 15 – Increases the mana point max of your Grace of Life skill. Life Link – Level 20 – Makes the Urgent Heal skill now heal the player as well. Last Prayer – Level 25 – This skill takes 30 mana and is instant. This makes the next spell cast take a second less in time. There is a 2 minute cooldown. Divine Incarnation – Level 30 – This skill takes 30 mana and is instant. It increases heal effectiveness by 1%% and the cost of mana reduced by 30%. Magic attack will also reduce 50% however. It has no cooldown. Calm Heart – Level 35 – This skill takes 30 mana and is instant. This takes away fear from a target for 10 seconds. It has a one minute cooldown. Priest/Mage Elite SkillsElites for the Priest primary/Mage secondary class characters. Freeze – Level 15 – This skill takes 35 mana, plus 3.25 per upgrade, and has a one second casting time. It will root the foe for five seconds, plus 0.4 per upgrade. This has no cooldown. Remove Curse – Level 20 – This skill takes 150 mana and is instant. This skill will remove a curse from the target. There is a 10 second cooldown. Angel’s Blessing – Level 25 – This skill takes 100 mana, plus 10 per upgrade and is instant. It will give restoration of party for 10 more mana, plus 0.8 per upgrade, every five seconds. It will last 10 minutes and has no cooldown. Angel’s Carol – Level 30 – This skill has an instant cast. It will give “party angels” so that party members get 30 mana regeneration, plus 4.5 per upgrade, every 2 seconds for a total of 10 seconds. It has an 180 second cooldown. Lightning Rod – Level 35 – Helps bone chill to strike with lightning and electric shock, so that foe takes water and wind damage lasting 20 seconds. Priest/Rogue Elite SkillsElites for the Priest primary/Rogue secondary class characters. Snake Curse – Level 15 – This skill takes 30 energy and has a casting time of one second. The snake curse does 16 dark damage, plus 4.2 per upgrade, every 2 seconds for 12 seconds. There is no cooldown. Infectious Wound – Level 20 – This skill takes 30 energy and is instant. It will cause 30 dark damage, plus 7.5 per upgrade, and lessen healing effectiveness for the foe by 2%, plus 1% per upgrade, for 12 seconds. It has a 12 second cooldown. Quick Spellcasting – Level 25 – Increases your spell casting speed. Purge – Level 30 – This takes 200 mana and is instant. It will strip good effects from the target. It has a 20 second cooldown. Lure of the Snake Woman – Level 35 – This skill takes 30 energy and has a casting time of one second. It will put 10 damage, plus 3 per upgrade, for 10 seconds on target. It will also stun them for 5 seconds. It has a 120 second cooldown. Priest/Scout Elite SkillsElites for the Priest primary/Scout secondary class characters. Embrace of the Water Spirit – Level 15 – This skill takes 100 mana is instant. It will raise the magic attack of the player and his party for blessing of the water spirit by 20, plus 12 per upgrade, for 1800 seconds. It has no cooldown. Throat Stab – Level 20 – Will widen the Throat Attack range to 150. Enhanced Wave Armor – Level 25 –Wave Armor increases defense by 1%, and 0.25% per upgrade. Tide Control – Level 30 –Rising tide does weapon damage of 30%, plus 0.4% per upgrade. Curing Shot – Level 35 – This skill uses 120 mana and has a 2 second cast time. It will make a light arrow to heal targets for 20, plus 3 per upgrade, along with 10 hit points every second for 10 seconds, plus 1.5 per upgrade. It has a six second cooldown. Priest/Warrior Elite SkillsElites for the Priest primary/Warrior secondary class characters. Battle Monk Stance – Level 15 – This skill takes 20 mana and is instant. It will raise physical attack by 30, plus 6 per upgrade. It will raise defense by 4%, plus 0.6% per upgrade. It will lower healing by 3%, plus 0.6% per upgrade. The stance lasts 600 seconds and has no cooldown. Explosion of Fighting Spirit – Level 20 – This skill takes 15 mana and is instant. It converts mana to fighting spirit to do 80% damage per second for main hand weapon, plus 4% per upgrade. It has no cooldown. Fighting Spirit Combination – Level 25 – This skill takes 30 mana, plus 3 per upgrade, and is an instant cast. It will do two charges of fighting spirit that does 90% damage per second for main hand weapon, plus 4.5% per upgrade. It has a six second cooldown. Ascending Dragon Strike – Level 30 – This skill takes 30 rage and has an instant cast time. Rage becomes dragon strength as it does 180% damage per second for main hand weapon, plus 7.2% per upgrade. It has no cooldown. Power Build Up – Level 35 – This skill takes 40 mana and takes one second to cast. It makes mana a fighting spirit as it makes the next physical attack within 15 seconds do double the damage. It has no cooldown. Picking the correct secondary class is paramount to creating a character that will work well for the style of gameplay the gamer does.
