Buffs on Yolta Hunter I and Hunter II

The Yolta Hunter I and Yolta Hunter II armor sets in Runes of Magic are prime protection wear for any leather wearing character class.

The Yolta Hunter I armor set in Runes of Magic are great armor sets for those characters under level 20 and the Yolta Hunter II armor set is visually the same, yet designed for those level 20 and above. Stats for each set are slightly different, but both armor sets will give the player extra buffs for the more items that the character is wearing.

Both are made up of four pieces of armor for a complete set; the helm, the leather armor chestpiece, the leggings, and the long boots. For a complete set, a player needs to be wearing all four pieces of the armor.

Yolta Hunter I Armor Set

Dropped in the Windmill Basement of RoM, these Yolta I armor pieces are all tier 1 pieces and in leather.

  • Yolta Helm – This item requires the player to be a level 15, it has 39 physical defense, 44 magical defense, is worth 61 gold, gives +6 to Dexterity, and +6 to Stamina.
  • Yolta Leather Armor – This item requires the player to be a level 15, it has 138 physical defense, 155 magical defense, is worth 259 gold, gives +6 to Dexterity, and +6 to Stamina.
  • Yolta Leggings – This item requires the player to be a level 15, it has 69 physical defense, 78 magical defense, is worth 205 gold, gives +6 to Dexterity, and +6 to Stamina.
  • Yolta Long Boots – This item requires the player to be a level 15, it has 22 physical defense, 24 magical defense, is worth 45 gold, gives +6 to Dexterity, and +6 to Stamina.

When multiple items of this set are worn together there are additional buffs to the character. These buffs are:

  • 3 items of the set - +120 to maximum hit points
  • 4 items of the set - +120 to maximum hit points and +20 to Dexterity

Yolta Hunter II Armor Set

These Yolta Hunter II armor set pieces of RoM are all tier 1, all in leather, and are designated by the “.R” by the set item piece name.

  • Yolta Helm.R – This item requires the player to be a level 20, it has 50 physical defense, 57 magical defense, is worth 121 gold, and gives +8 to Dexterity, +12 to Physical Attack, and +6 to Strength.
  • Yolta Leather Armor.R – This item requires the player to be a level 20, it has 179 physical defense, 201 magical defense, is worth 518 gold, and gives +8 to Dexterity, +12 to Physical Attack, and +6 to Strength.
  • Yolta Leggings.R – This item requires the player to be a level 20, it has 89 physical defense, 101 magical defense, is worth 409 gold, and gives +8 to Dexterity, +34 to maximum hit points, and +6 to Stamina.
  • Yolta Long Boots.R – This item requires the player to be a level 20, it has 28 physical defense, 31 magical defense, is worth 91 gold, and gives +8 to Dexterity, +34 to maximum hit points, and +6 to Stamina.

When multiple items of the set are worn at the same time there are some extra buffs to the character. These buffs are:

  • 3 items of the set - +10 to Dexterity
  • 4 items of the set - +10 to Dexterity, +9 to Strength, and +7 to Damage

The Yolta Hunter I and the Yolta Hunter II armor sets are key items in Runes of Magic. Typically if a level 20 character is seen, they will be wearing this armor. It is very pretty on the women, and still worth a look for the men in the game.
