Varanas is the city the Runes of Magic gamer gets to after leaving Logar. It is designed with many instances and mobs for quick leveling. To the player, they’ll notice more chances of quick daily quest rewards in that there are bulletin boards not only in Varanas itself but also at the vender caravan next to Twilight Mine.
These daily quests are able to be done in any quantity up to 10 (total not each) per day. They give out phirius tokens to be used at the cash shop and other NPCs like the token master in Varanas.
Beetle Legs
This quest will need to be turned in to Rufus in Varanas. The player needs to gather 10 beetle legs collected off the various beetles around town. After completion, the player will receive 292 experience points and 29 talent points. It is worth 302 gold. It becomes active at level 10.
Shabby Shoes
This quest will need to be turned in to Derek in Varanas. The player needs to gather 10 shabby shoes collected off the kobold humanoids around town. After completion, the player will receive 292 experience points and 29 talent points. It is worth 302 gold. It becomes active at level 10.
Stable Request
This quest will need to be turned in to Plinston in Varanas. The player needs to gather 10 black boar bristles off of the black boars around town. After completion, the player will receive 278 experience points and 37 talent points. It is worth 384 gold. It becomes active at level 11.
Disease Cure
This quest will need to be turned in to Omyr at the Vendor caravan. The player needs to gather 10 plague infested teeth from the mangy hogs and mutated wolves around town. After completion, the player will receive 442 experience points and 44 talent points. It is worth 422 gold. It becomes active at level 12.
Bat Saliva
This quest will need to be turned in to Varnej in Varanas. The player needs to gather 9 vials of leeching bat saliva from the bats near Forgotten Abbey. After completion, the player will receive 800 experience points and 80 talent points. It is worth 662 gold. It becomes active at level 17.
Bird Feather Jewelry
This quest will need to be turned in to Vega at Varanas. The player needs to gather 12 ostrich tail feathers from the ostriches around the town. After completion, the player will receive 942 experience points and 94 talent points. It is worth 762 gold. It becomes active at level 18.
An Ancient Inheritance
This quest will need to be turned in to Vega at Varanas. The player needs to gather 10 ancient stone slabs from the Tagena around Oblivion Shrine. After completion, the player will receive 1101 experience points and 110 talent points. It is worth 858 gold. It becomes active at level 19.
Chef’s Worries
This quest will need to be turned in to Walt at Varanas. The player needs to gather 10 tailbone meat from ostriches around the town. After completion, the player will receive 1101 experience points and 110 talent points. It is worth 858 gold. It becomes active at level 19.
Varanas daily quests for the RoM traveler provide an easy way to get your quota of dailies every day. They are easy to supply and they give out decent gold and experience points for the character level. Helpful tip? Gather with your main character class and turn them in with the secondary character class so that it can level easier.
