Runes of Magic spells for the Rogue Primary
In Runes of Magic, the rogue class is master of stealth and sneak attacks. They pride themselves on their abilities with a dagger. Rogues that are a primary character class can use general skills and these class specific spells, while a rogue secondary character class are only going to be able to use general skills. These are the descriptions of the class specific rogue skills that are split between upper and lower skill categories.
Rogue Primary Skills, Level 1-18
These are the rogue skills for the primary that are between the levels of 1 and 18.
- Assassin’s Rage – Level 1 – This has an instant cast and will up the critical hit chance by 600 for 15 seconds.
- Low Blow – Level 2 – This has an instant cast and will do 80% DPS for main hand weapon (plus 5.6% per upgrade).
- Wound Attack – Level 6 – This has an instant cast and does 90% DPS for main hand weapon (plus 3.6% per upgrade).
- Dagger Mastery – Level 10 – This is a passive skill that ups damage from a dagger by 10% (plus 0.5% per upgrade).
- Blind Spot – Level 14 – This is an instant cast spell that will do 150% DPS main hand weapon (plus 6% per upgrade) for an attack from behind.
- Numbing Dagger – Level 16 – This has a one second cast and it will root foes for 10 seconds (plus 0.4 per upgrade). For beasts and humanoids only.
- Poison – Level 16 – This has a one second cast and it will give a 50/50 poison chance for normal attacks for 600 seconds. With this the damage from foe is also reduced 2%.
- Hide – Level 18 – This has an instant cast. Makes the caster hide and reduces their speed of movement by half (plus -0.5% per upgrade).
- Premeditation – Level 18 – This has an instant cast and will make the critical attack power up by 40% (plus 2% per skill level) and the next sneak attack a critical attack.
These lower level Rogue skills help in damage while putting the character in the ability to do special higher DPS attacks.
Rogue Primary Skills, Level 22-44
These are the rogue skills for the primary that are between the levels of 22 and 44.
- Sneak Attack – Level 22 – This has an instant cast rate and will let the character sneak attack with 120% DPS main hand weapon (plus 5.4% per skill level). It will also let the rogue have stun for three seconds and bleed for six seconds for their target.
- Treasure Hunter – Level 26 – This is passive, increasing party’s ability of item finding by 5% (plus 0.3% per upgrade).
- Vanish – Level 30 – This is an instant cast and will make rogue disappear for 20 seconds.
- Off Hand Master – Level 32 – This is a passive skill that ups the ability of off hand damage 3% (plus 0.2% per upgrade). It will also increase the chance of a hit by 3% (plus 0.2% per upgrade).
- Sprint – Level 34 – This is an instant cast and will up the speed of movement for half a minute by 10% (plus 0.5% per upgrade).
- Evasion – Level 36 – This is an instant cast and will, for two minutes, increase the rate of dodging by 10% (plus 0.5% per upgrade).
- Combo Throw – Level 38 – This is an instant cast and it will throw two throwing weapons with 100% DPS projectile (plus 7% per upgrade).
- Shadow Prison – Level 40 – This is an instant cast and it will bind target unable to move for 5 seconds.
- Informer – Level 42 – This is an instant cast and it will up the chance for critical hit damage for a minute by 5 (plus 0.3 per upgrade).
- Fervent Attack – Level 44 – This is an instant cast where for half a minute defense decreases and speed of attack increases by 5% (plus 0.3% per upgrade).
These higher level skills will help in the ability to root and damage a rogue’s enemy.
With a rogue primary they are able to utilize all of these skills, both active and passive, to their best ability. Some of these will give a primary rogue an advantage that few other primaries can explore.
