Runes of Magic spells for the Priest Primary
The Priest class in Runes of Magic deals with healing at its core. Great characters to take in a group dungeon situation, these can help keep everyone in the party alive throughout the battle.
Those that choose a Priest to play have their class specific skills and their general skills that they can use, but can only use their secondary skills if the Priest is their secondary class and not their primary. This looks into the skills for a Priest primary, the ones that are class specific.
Priest Primary Skills, Level 1-20
These are the skills for the priest primary that are between the levels of 1 and 20.
- Soul Source – Level 1 – This has an instant cast and it will give all teammates full hit points without using mana points.
- Wave Armor – Level 3 – This has an instant cast and it will give a holy water shield to take 50 points of damage (plus 22.5 per upgrade) for a total of a minute.
- Heal – Level 6 – This has a two second cast and it will replenish 90 hit points (plus 27 per upgrade).
- Bone Chill – Level 8 – This has an instant cast and will do 8 damage (plus 3.2 per upgrade) every 2 seconds for a total of 12 seconds.
- Ice Fog, Rank 1 – Level 8 – This has a one second cast and it will make the foe have 4 seconds of slower movement.
- Resurrection – Level 10 – This has a five second cast and it revive someone who is dead.
- Soul Bond – Level 10 – This has an instant cast and it target can revive in the same place once, lasts a total of 1800 seconds.
- Grace of Life – Level 14 – This has an instant cast and upps the maximum hit points on target by 50 (plus 13 per upgrade) for 1800 seconds.
- Group Heal – Level 14 – This is a three second cast spell that gives 65 hit points (plus 13 per upgrade) to all in range party members.
- Cleanse – Level 18 – This has an instant cast and will rid the target of any ill effects.
- Chain of Light – Level 18 – This has an instant cast and gives 30 light damage (plus 9 per upgrade) continuously.
- Amplified Attack – Level 20 – This has an instant cast and upps physical attack power by 50 (pus 10 per upgrade) for 1800 seconds.
These lower level priest specific spells help with power attack and gives the ability to heal and revive both themselves and their teammates.
Priest Primary Skills, Level 22-34
These are the skills for the priest primary that are between the levels of 22 and 34.
- Prayer – Level 22 – This passive skill will increase water damage by 5% (plus 1% per upgrade) and water resistance by 2 (plus 0.4 per upgrade).
- Faith – Level 24 – This is a passive skill that raises heal effects 5% (plus 0.5% per upgrade).
- Ice Fog, Rank 2 – Level 26 – This has a one second cast and will give six seconds of slower movement to a target.
- Healing Salve – Level 28 – This is an instant cast and increases healing by 5% (plus 0.25% per upgrade) for a full minute.
- Blessing of Humility – Level 30 – This is an instant cast and will make the player have the least aggro for a total of 15 seconds.
- Ice Fog, Rank 3 – Level 32 – This has a one second cast and will give eight seconds of slower movement to a target.
- Holy Candle – Level 34 – This has an instant cast and will take 6% of hit points every second while increasing healing 5% (plus 0.4% per upgrade).
These higher level spells are used for maximizing healing and optimizing damage toward a target.
Priests are generally the healers, but when faced with a solo run through the lands and trying to level without a group present there needs to be some damage dealing abilities. While some of the more powerful ones are in their general skills, there are still good class specific ones to help win a battle.
